Jill Kaufusi is a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, small gym owner, and mother to four loud kids under the age of 10. She has dedicated her career to helping women realize their own strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. Jill has worked with thousands of women online over the past three years with her monthly Fit Blast challenges, and has many local female clients who train with her at The Station Fitness Studio in Utah, which she opened June 2017.
